Dodson Creek Solar Project

Dodson Creek

The Dodson Creek Solar Project (Dodson Creek) is an up to 117 megawatt (MW) solar development located in Highland County, Ohio. Dodson Creek will span approximately 1,462 acres and will be connected to the electric grid via a new substation adjacent to the existing Hillsboro – Clinton County 138 kV transmission line. The project is anticipated to positively impact the local economy by producing significant tax revenue, short and long term jobs, and annual contributions through a charitable fund. Dodson Creek is estimated to offset approximately 158,500 metric tons of carbon dioxide emissions annually during operations – the equivalent of taking an estimated 34,000 cars off the road every year.
