Sycamore Creek Solar is a 117 megawatt (MW) solar project located in Crawford County, Ohio. The project is anticipated to positively impact the local economy by producing significant tax revenue, project construction and operation jobs, and annual contributions through a community fund. Sycamore Creek Solar is estimated to avoid approximately 148,600 metric tons of carbon dioxide emissions annually during operation – the equivalent of taking an estimated 33,000 cars off the road every year.
