Great Plains Wind Farm

The Great Plains Wind Farm is a 114 megawatt (MW) wind project located in Hansford County, TX in the SPP market and is connected to the 9401 CR D, 14880 HWY 207 and 15001 HWY 207 substations. Great Plains is anticipated to positively impact the environment by offsetting approximately 5.3 million metric tons of carbon dioxide emissions, as well as positively impact the local economy by producing tax revenue, jobs, and charitable giving through a charitable fund.
