At National Grid Renewables, we’re focused on creating a work environment where our people feel respected and included, and therefore empowered to be themselves.
In partnership with our parent company, National Grid, National Grid Renewables offers a variety of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) run by a committee of volunteers from across the company. Each of our ERGs helps build awareness and understanding of inclusion and diversity and provide many opportunities for our employees to engage on different topics that they are passionate about.
